LIMITED EDITION MENU
Just in time for Sober October, we launched our first-ever menu collaboration with Butcher's Daughter.
This October marks a historic FIRST for Listen Bar: it’s the first time our signature alcohol-free cocktails can be enjoyed anywhere beyond our one-night pop-ups.
We teamed up with the iconic Butcher’s Daughter in Williamsburg to curate a unique limited edition menu of alcohol-free cocktails that guests can enjoy all October long.
We celebrated the launch with one of our signature parties: a BFF Nite showing off our new bestie, the Butcher's Daughter. On the menu: our alc-free cocktails and their plant-based bar bites.
Guests vibed to the tunes by DJ DAALÍ, got inked with flash tattoos by Jimmy Flamante, and made new friends in our game of speed-friending. Even the pups got involved!
The limited edition menu features Listen Bar classics created by famed mixologists such as the Ghost Me Maybe by Pam Wiznitzer, or the Slow Burn by Ivy Mix with Almave Ambar non-alcoholic tequila, as well as functional, ready-to-drink cocktails by Curious Elixirs.
This menu is the next step in establishing the new classic cocktails of the alcohol-free movement. It’s a blueprint for the new expectations of an alc-free menu: one that caters to different tastes and price points, while easily integrating into a bar’s operations. Sip sip, hooray!
