When Listen Bar launched as a booze-free bar in NYC and made headlines, we started a ripple that changed culture. The Today Show covered our parties. Even Snoop Dogg asked us to name a drink after him.
Now, as the world is changing, we’re bringing together the most creative visionaries in our community to embark on Night Shift: a mastermind course for those who want to transform nightlife.
Think Masterclass, but more personal. And rather than a solo journey, it’s a collective built to empower one another’s vision.
What to expect
Inspiring community
We are curating the most inspiring, inclusive and impactful community. We seek to facilitate meaningful collaborations across disciplines and levels of experience.
In your application, you’ll set a vision of success. If admitted, you’ll get to bring your own vision to life and learn from the visions of others to influence what you create.
Mindset shifts
We start every week with inspiration. You’ll get a Monday morning email helping you look at the week’s theme with fresh eyes. Each includes a mindset exercise that sets the stage for that week’s call.
Weekly calls
Every Thursday, 6:30-8pm EST, we’ll get together for a weekly call where two speakers share the real behind the scenes stories of doing things differently - one in their personal life, the other in business.
Rather than listening to a lecture, you’ll be led through solo & group exercises that get you fired up to retrain your thinking.
Your own crew
You won’t go through this course alone. As we review each application, we’ll pair folks together in 4-5 person crews that share similar views or complementary perspectives & skillsets.
Each weekly call will end with a private regroup with your crew to discuss the call and share progress on your project.
Your crew will be your accountability buddies & your personal cheerleading squad, The people you can build with, learn from and teach.
Warm intros
Participation & resource sharing are leading values of the program. Twice during the course (week 2 & 4), you’ll receive warm intros to another member for a 30-min one-on-one call.
One will be a member whose project is something you can help with. The other call will be with a member who can help you with your project. Win-win!
The collective nature of Night Shift will also allow you to interact with our speakers, sponsors and brand partners and potentially collaborate with them on your project.
At the end of the course, you’ll share your progress on your project for a chance to win a $1,000 grant towards continuing your work. Winners will be announced November 15.

The full price of admission comes out to under $25/week, with sliding scale pricing and scholarships available to make it even more affordable for anyone who wants to participate.

Life happens, we get it. Our weekly calls will be recorded and posted privately for rewatching. However, we are 1,000% certain you will get the most out of the course by participating live.
